Classroom Support

We place Teacher Assistants in classrooms to reduce student–teacher ratios, create an ICT setting, provide one-on-one or small-group support, and strengthen learning environments.

• Our TA’s are carefully selected, trained by NYC educators to meet school needs, and supported with ongoing coaching.

• We collaborate and are flexible with school leaders to ensure each placement aligns with the priorities and instructional goals of the school.

• The result: teachers can focus on instruction while students receive the attention they deserve. Hence, state assessment results improve!

Teacher Development

We partner with schools to support teacher growth through hands-on, classroom-focused development.

• We focus on structures, routines, and consistency which we all know every classroom needs to be successful!

• Feedback and guidance are offered in a supportive, non-evaluative way, helping teachers strengthen strategies, improve classroom management, and boost student engagement.

• We emphasize sustainability by equipping teachers with strategies and tools they can continue to use long after our sessions end.

Test Readiness Materials

We provide digital and physical test readiness tools and workbooks that engage students and support educators.

• Our materials focus strictly on the top 5 standards in each grade that are most tested.

• Our test readiness enables teachers to adjust lessons based on individual learning needs through differentiated instruction, ensuring that all students stay engaged and supported.

• Our resources include multiple choice questions, short response problems, text annotations, student workbooks, and teacher guides aligned with New York State standards.

• Each offering is adaptable to diverse classroom needs and designed to save educators time while raising student achievement.

• We continuously refine our materials based on classroom feedback, ensuring they remain relevant, effective, and easy to implement.
